At zencraftglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom paper goods and stationery purchases. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally accepted only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Standard Products
For standard, non-customized paper goods, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized paper goods are typically non-returnable due to their bespoke nature. However, if you receive a custom order that does not match your specifications or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the item or providing a refund at our discretion.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the defect when contacting us.
